Won't start

I've got an 87 4Runner Deluxe and have had starter problems for some time. Just replaced the ingnitions swithch, battery and starter but sometimes it turns over and then it doesn't. Seems to be related to trying to start with the AC on. Also, (and this is real weird) sometimes if I adjust the steering column several times, it will start. I'm vexed as I can't figure out what the problem is and I've been at it for several years.

HELP!!!!

I don't know if you got my email or if you saw my other post BUT I believe i have found the problem The Grounding is bad somewhere there is a ground cable eighther broken or badley coroded. so far it is going without problem un my 4runner for now 2 1/2 weeks.
