I'm currently living in Bakersfield, CA!! (A really crappy place to live). I have a '91 4Runner SR5V6 3.0.Black ext/Gray int!</P>

yes it is,,, if ya drive 39 miles north, you will hit the NTC in the middle of no where, lol
