Need to buy cheaper tires for 2004, help:
I will be selling my 2004 SR5 within 9 months. Can't afford to put $800. worth of tires and then sell it and get no return.
I have the Dulops on their now, need to go. I have 265/65/17's . I researched a lot of prices, online and in store. Online worries me, as I have no experience this way and afraid the "out the door" price won't be much better (or at all) than if I bought in a local store. I do have Costco, they quoted about $154. a tire, I think it was B F Goodrich. AND, it was all included.
ANY advice on buying less expensive, but safe, tires? I am not mechanical in any way, lol, and this is a big purchase for me. THANKS THANKS THANKS
