I have a 1993 4runner 6cyl 4x4. I recently had a dead cyl. so it was replaced with new gaskets, head bolts, valves, spark plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Now there is a new noise coming from under the hood and mainly hear it coming from the drivers side. Its like a sputtering or purring or clicking noise.(hard to give examples but thats the best i can do) What is this? How do I fix it?
Also are all 1993 4runners gutless? Even after having all this work done the toyota still is gutless and worse going up hill. I have tent trailer that I would like to pull with the toyota but it makes it even worse. Any advise?
Please I need some help.

 

need to check timing on cam for suspect head just 2 teeth will make it run bad its not to hard to do belt is a little tough to get in time correctly
