Just had this for a few days in my 2006 V8...turn the key to start, nothing happens as if the battery is dead (but the lights don't dim), so I let off, then 2 seconds later it starts up by itself as if remote control or something.

Anyone else ever have this happen?
I wondered if maybe it was an escalation of warning indication, since I'd driven around for 2 weeks with the tire inflation warning light on. Which, BTW, was due to low pressure in the spare.

 

Surely someone else has had this problem.
Why doesn't anyone ever look at this site?
