I have a 99 4-runner with 230,000 and it probably
won't suprise any of you that it still runs great,
however, it rides really rough. I call it the "stage
coach". I think the front end is worn out. Any
suggestions on what I should do. Also is it a tough
job? Ive done some simple things like replace the
starter, put on new brakes etc.

You may just need to replace your front coils....??? I'm not sure.
