Vehicle was running perfect then it sounded like my starter went, so I pulled it and tested it. The starter is fine it passed all tests, however it will not spin. It will engage but not spin, when I put it on a tester it spins fine but on the vehicle no such luck. It seems I have some sort of voltage shortage any ideas where to look next?
