hey i had a mechanic tell me the code generated on his reader for my 'check engine' light was due to a knoeck sensor..?? my manual says nothing about this, any suggestions?? or advice on getting to the thing????

its a PITA to change, Toyota put it in the most retarded spot of all time on my 4-runner. What year you got?
