I'm looking for any info on kits to turn a new SR5 (Tacoma?) into a late 80's style 4Runner. Does anyone know if this exists, or if anyone fabricates new trucks into older-style 4Runners?

never heard of that, why not just buy a 1st gen?

 

um...? are u talking about mounting an older body on a newer chasis?

 

I know they used to make the campershells to look like the 1st gen 4runner rears... I'm not exactly sure what you're asking about though... what exactly do you want to do?

 

i dont realy see where your going with this but you could tack a old body and put it on your frame and then take your interior and use it that would be pretty cool or you could just take the front and rear ends and put them on dont realy know how that would look tho
