Default lifting a 4runner

Hey,

I am 17 and have a 95 Toyota 4Runner. I love it but think it would look a lot cooler raised. Does ne1 have suggestions on a height, maybe a good place, or if I should do it at all?

Thx for any help

Silver Cobra, you can wind up your torsion bars that will give you a 2 inch lift then you have to change your rear springs and best change your shocks too.

Also you could add a body lift it varies from 1,2, and 3 inch

You would probably be looking at about $1500 for someone to do this for you but it will lift you alot up even could possibly get 35s if lucky if not 33s **** easy

Alright, my friend told me to get a suspension lift since a body lift would make it ride like crap. I think this is what you are talking about. A 2 inch lift is what I wanted. I unfortunatly don't know what 35s or 33s pissis, sorry I really don't know much about cars. Thanks for the help though, I will keep this in mind.

A body lift wont make it ride like crap at all, and its also easy to do yourself.

But a body lift will need you to extend somethings like steering extender, fuel filler.

But hope your ride works out for you.

Good luck

And yes was talking tyre size for 33 inch diameter of the tyre

I decided to just put a 600 dollar sound system in my car. 2 12 inch subs, a 1600w amp, capacitor, it will be sweet.
