Default Blowing 10amp Dome Light Fuse

My 2005 4-Runner keeps blowing the 10amp dome light fuse. It seems to work for quite a while and then it goes and takes with it thedome lgihts.keyless functions as well as resetting the clock to 12:00, but the clock still runs? I can't seem to find a common thread as to why it blows.....
