Just replaced original engine with salvage engine on a 1999 4Runner. We don't know what this engine came out of. The entire wire harness appeared to be exactly like the engine pulled. After installed and complete there is no voltage to the coils. Scanner shows P1300 MFG controlled ignition system or misfire as fault. Also faulting mass air flow sensor P0900. Does this harness need to be repinned or replaced?
