Hi all, I have a check engine light on, got the codes ( P0125 & P1130)
The first is "Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Operation" and the other was "Air/Fuel Sensor Circuit Range/Performance. (Bank 1 Sensor 1)"

From what I have been reading, this is not "Coolant" related, but more likely has to do with one of the O2 sensors.

Any thoughts?

Also, how can I tell if the4 Runner is CA. emissions or not?

 

You might be able to tell on the door Jam sticker.. Also can look up he VIN online.

Running hot could be a Air fuel mixture problem. These codes are only just approx usually. I would only fix one and then see and then if it doesnt work go with the other. 02 sensors usually should be changed depending on vehicle 80,000-100,000 miles..

Also what vehicle is this????
