I have a 2007 4runner with a 6 cy.l It is the SR5. It has 70000 miles and has developed a miss at idle. Its not bad but you can see it on the tach.The gas milage has dropped also. I replaced the plug and the miss contin. I figured I bought a bad plug. While at the NAPA store the counter man suggested that it could be the coil boot as there is a resistor in it that goes bad.On his Camery you can just get the boot with the resistor . My question is can you just get the boot instead of the coil pack for the 4runner. All I see is the coil pack. Thanks for any help.
