Im working on a 1984 4runner. it has the efi conversion done to it. the problem is that when you give it throttle it revs up to 2000 rpms then instantly drops to around 1750 then revs you again to 2000 then drops again. that's in idle and in gear. but when I unplug the tps it doesn't do it. I just put a brand new tps in it. at first it worked great but then tried to take it for a test drive and it started doing it again. it does run a little rough. im at a complete loss and need help asap because this is my only vehicle.
