Default THROTTLE POSISTION SENSOR HELP!

SO I JUST BOUGHT A 90 RUNNER WITH 3.O ENGINE. IT RAN GREAT FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS THEN I NOTICED THE IDLE WILL JUMP ABOUT 500 RPMS WHEN HOLDING STEADY SPEED ABOVE 35 MPH. I WAS TOLD IT WAS THE TPS. I CHANGED TPS THEN TEST DROVE AND IT SEEMED TO FIX FOR FIRST 5-6 MILES THEN STARTED DOING IT AGAIN. DOES THE TPS HAVE A CERTAIN WAY TO BE ADJUSTED. OR SHOULD I BE LOOKING INTO SOMETHING ELSE. PLEASE HELP. AMANDA

Hi, yes it has to be set up.you will need to get a manual that will explain the proper procedure, you will also need to have an ohms meter to set it up.
