I bought a used tranny from a guy here in Hawaii who promised me it was cherry. Got it home and noticed the transfercase shifter spins without resistance. Popped off the transfercase pan and low and behold there is a piece of the transfercase shifter or something of the sorts.

I'd really like to fix this so I can get my 4runner running, any advice/steps on what to do would be most appreciated.
