I removed the jack handle packsge from the storage campartment and noticed a clear plastic vent hose and a black rubber hose attached to to outer wall of the compartment. Is the clear hose supposed to be inserted into the black rubber hose to facilitate some kind of drain. The clear plastic line runs over the fuel filler housing and continues toward the rear passenger door on teh left side of the truck.
