Default '05 4Runner SR5 - "auto" window issue

I just got my vehicle back from the mechanics yesterday. New brakes, new sensor (can't remember what it was called, my husband seemed to know what it was so I didn't much pay attention to that part). After the mechanic had fixed those 2 issues, it didn't reset all the lights on the dashboard that had been on, so he continued to investigate. He ended up finding a length of wiring that had been gnawed on and some tiny little paw prints. He replaced the wiring and we were good to go. I had to reset the time and my radio presets and that was all I had found until just a little while ago. Normally, just a little push of the "auto" window button would make it automatically go down all the way. (same for going up, of course) Well, it doesn't do that anymore. I have to hold it down or hold it up like the rest of the windows. I know, I know, poor lazy me complaining about having to hold onto the button for 5 seconds. I don't mean to be like that, but its a feature I use to enjoy and now I don't have it.

Does anyone know if there is an easy fix to this? Does something just need to be reset?

Any help is appreciated!

Hold the button when it goes all the way down for a few seconds, roll it up and hold it for a few seconds. About 5-10 seconds in each direction after it's stopped. That SHOULD re-program it.
