Hi folks,

I have an '06 4runner (just purchased a month ago) and just started to notice a faint rattle coming from drivers side window when rolled all the way up. Is it possible the cold weather/rain could be causing this? Has anyone else had this problem?

 

I'm no good on this one, I have an '05 that I bought 4 months ago, but I wouldn't even give it a thought, when I find anything with my 4Runner, I just take it back to the dealer, and they fix it right up for me. I understand that they made the window glass a little thicker on the '06 models in order to cut down on outside noise. Mine is pretty quiet on the inside I wonder if there is a noticeable difference due to the thickness of the glass? Logically, it has to make a difference I'm just curious how much? They made a lot of nice improvements on the '06 models. I was down at my dealers looking at the '06's this past Monday. A lot of us '05 guys are spending huge amounts of $$$ to retrofit some of these '06 options onto our '05's. Congrat's on your new ride!
