Default Tire Sizes, et al

I have a 2005 SR5 V6 4Runner that needs tires. Most of our driving is regular, on-pavement travel. However, we do camp/fish and hike a lot, taking us frequently on dirt roads, gravel roads and occasionally some unimproved tracks. I think I want an all terrain tire and am seriously considering the Goodyear Wrangler SilentArmor and the BGF AT/KO. I would like to go with 260/75/16 tires instead of the stock 265/70/16 size. Will this upset Toyota and affect my warranty? Will they fit OK without any other modifications? Will this slightly larger size tire result in a significant loss of power/torque? I pull a trailer and need all the power I can get/

Thanls for your input and advice.

You'll probably notice a slight drop in oomph going to 75's...mainly because AT tires are heavier, and 75's are larger. IMO, I'd take the Wrangler Silent Armors over the BFG's.
