Hey guys I'm planning on buying a 2003 or newer 4runner but i have one question now i have found solid color ones but there seems to be a couple in my area with low miles for cheaper prices that have the grey trim around the bottom making it two tone now personally i like it better as one solid color so i was wondering if you guys could tell me if that trim is a different material than trim on the solid color 4runners around the bottom n if anyone ever tried painting a two tone 4th gen 4runner to be one solid color? I know this may sound like a dumb idea to even bother with but my uncle owns a body shop and i usually just do the prep work if i need something painted so its not like it would really cost me anything more than the paint if it can be done so if you guys could juss let me kno on here or email me and let me know what u think at my email which is leppo2003@yahoo.com ide appreciate it and hopefully soon enough ill find one and really be able to join this forum.
