Default Need help with my 2005 4Runner

Hey guys, I'm needing a little bit of help here. I have a 2005 SR5 4Runner with the v6 and 180,000. I love this truck! I live in Western Kentucky and with all the crazy weather we've had lately my truck is having an issue. When I start it in the cold weather it shakes a little bit and the check engine light flashes at me. When the CEL comes on my vsc lights come on as well. After it runs for a minute or two the CEL stops flashing and goes to solid, my vsc lights stay on and the shaking stops. It drives perfect still, however I'm under the impression that the vsc won't work while the lights are on. ANYWAY, I took it to Advance and had them run the codes and it came back as cylinder 4 and cylinder 6 misfires. So, I changed the plugs in those cylinders and it ran perfect for the next 2 days. Then it all happened again, so I replaced the coil packs in those two cylinders and again it was perfect for 2 days and then it all came back. Our weather has been very cold, but we had a warm day a few days ago and I noticed that it started fine and there were no lights on. I'm stumped, need some help!

There might be a problem with the fuel injector.
