Default Slow start after car being parked for 3-4 hours (04 4Runner V6 4wd)

Hello 4runner-mates,

Has anyone dealt with a slow start after the car has been parked for 3-4 hours.
Once it starts, runs like a horse and no symptoms of any kind. In addition, if I start again in few minutes, no issues at all. The slow start symptom is happening at the end of the starting process - seems like a spark issue.

I have done the following replaces/checks/tests/ so far, but still the problem exist:

1) New OEM spark plugs and checked cables.
2) Cleaned the MAF
3) Checked battery(between 12.2 -12.6 when cold)
4) The battery voltage goes down to 10.8 volts in the time of starting.
5) Alternator is delivering to 14.2 volts( not that it matters much, just to reconfirm)
6) Did the test for the fuel pressure( turning ignition key all the way without actual start, wait 10 secs, x 3)

Thank you in advance!
