2004 4runner need to stiffen up a bit, kyb shocks not good enough
installed kyb? shocks but not good enough still floats alot on the highway, how to settle the suspension? stiffer options?

You could try a coil spacer lift kit, that will stiffen up the ride up a bit. Maybe try Rancho or Procomp shocks, they may have stiffer shock options.
