97 4Runner - intermittent starting issue
97 4Runner -intermittent starting issue.
I have a 97 4Runner (3.4 - V6) and recently, on two occasions, has failed to start. This is after the truck has set for several hours. The engine turns over fine, but no start.After trying to start several times and pauses in between, it miraculously starts. Could it be a fuel pump relay? I have heard of fuel pumps going bad, but it isusually after the vehicle has been running a while.
Any help is appreciated.

Most problems blamed on fuel are actually ignition related. Run a resistance test on your plug wires, might be the problem.
