cuts out

I have a 1990 4runner that cuts out at 2000 rpm then picks back up at 1500 rpm.Does this first thing in the morning.Need some HELP!!!

did it just start doing it? have you performed any maintenance lately?

I have put in new plugs cap rotor and plug wires . Removed gas tank to make sure it was clean.
