I have a 2000 4-runner with manual tran. last night my clutch peddle started going to the floor while I was in 2nd gear. I could pull the peddle up with my toes and continue to change gears but it would go back to the floor. It starts off in the normal position and then as I pick up speed it draws itself down but I can still pull it back up.

I check the fluid and topped it off but it wasn't below the min line.

any ideas? my book does not discuss this.
